During the last bargaining session the Lake Hemet Municipal Water District bargaining team made some inroads with management on issues of safety and efficiencies, but more talks are needed to tackle core economic proposals. 

"We are making some positive progress on our proposals, such as the addition of safety equipment and the streamlining of some processes that will help us to do our jobs in the field more efficiently. But we still need movement by management on several important economic issues."
