MISSION: We are SEIU 721 Caucus Committees. Our mission is to increase participation among the diverse membership within the legacy regions by addressing social economic justice issues, developing leadership, promoting respect, improving communication, fostering understanding, and creating a culture of inclusion to strengthen our union thereby uniting and improving the lives of the working men and women of SEIU Local 721.

Americans with Disabilities Committee
ADA SEIU 721 is committed to providing a form to address concern of people with disabilities, discrimination, education and accessibility to services.

Asian Pacific Islander Committee
APIC aims to collaborate with community organizations to address social, economic, housing, working conditions, health and other issues of concern to the API community. We also aim to identify and develop community activists and leaders within the labor movement and in the community.

Latino Committee
The Latino Committee is committed to organize, educate and develop the Latino people in order to achieve power, respect, and social justice for the working class.

Lavender Committee
The Lavender Committee is committed to serve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender union members and their families through education and outreach to increase visibility and improve the working lives of LGBT members.

Women's Committee
The Women's Committee is committed to providing a forum for union women's issues that promote equal treatment, leadership, mentoring and provide support and resources that improve working conditions.

Social and Economic Justice
SEJ is committed to advancing the diversity of SEIU Local 721 through the strength of principles addressing unionism, inclusiveness, empowerment, self-determination, human and civil rights and a collective voice that promotes unity and leadership in the community and at the workplace.
