Salary – January 1, 2008 • 3% (12 salary levels) general movement for all County Units (legacy Locals 535 and 660).

Fringe Benefits – January 1, 2008 (Choices and Options) • 10% increase in County contribution for Choices and Options flexible benefit plans
• County-paid Long-Term Disability Insurance coverage (new)
• Medical plan design changes
    - Office copay increases from $5 to $10
    - Pharmacy copay increases from $5/$10 to $5 generic/$20 brand
• Dependent Care Reimbursement Subsidy
