The Member Resource Center is On-Call for LA/OC Cities Members

LA/OC Cities members of SEIU 721 can now pick up the phone and dial (877) 721-4YOU to get faster representation than ever before, with access to the answers, ideas and people they need to keep on top of whatever's happening at work and in their union.

Local 721's MRC is one of the first in the country, putting 21st century technology to work for members. The new toll free number is being rolled out to LA/OC Cities members now, with other 721 members soon to follow.

How does it work?

•     LA/OC Cities members of SEU 721 can call the MRC at (877) 721-4YOU [721-4968]
  
•     They can talk to a Member Resource Organizer who will answer their questions and schedule follow-up help if needed

Member Resource Organizers are specialists who know their stuff. They have copies of every contract at their fingertips, along with everything they need to give members answers fast.

For 721 members, the MRC means:

• Quicker responses to pressing questions
• Getting linked up with the organizers and advocates who can help them
  
• Grievances and discipline issues will get handled more efficiently
• More time and energy for big fights and campaigns

The SEIU 721 Member Resource Center is open from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. (Se habla Espanol.)
