By mail: Download, print and fill out the SEIU 721 Recreation Order Form and mail it with your check or money order.

In person: Tickets can be purchased at the Recreation Department at the:

  • Los Angeles office (address and map)
    M-Th 9 am-5 pm, Fri 9 am-6 pm, cash, checks, credit/debit cards accepted.

Tickets must be purchased in advance. These discounts are not available at the venue/event box office. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Events, attractions, ticket prices and show times are subject to change without notice.
