- ID and reduce non billable hours.
- Make sure everyone has and knows how to use code books and code properly.
- Training on how to capture billable hours
- Joint labor/management training on billable hrs. and connecting to the bigger picture.
- Make good use of service area liaisons.
- Find working service area models that work and export to other places and find other best practices and train on them.
