…and Management’s Working With Us
Together for a cleaner hospital. LAC+USC Administration, EVS Operations, EVS workers and Union Leaders are working together to make our hospital cleaner and a better place for patients and a better place to work.
We’ve got an expert helping us. Peter Lazes, who is
an expert on developing labor-management processes
to improve health-care organizations, came to the Med
Center and met with all the key players at the hospital.
He’ll give us and management a report this week with
recommendations to make operations smoother.
In the meantime, union stewards and EVS management will be meeting to identify some key things that can be easily improved right away to help our efforts to create a cleaner hospital.
