Delivering the Women’s Voice to City Hall for $15 Minimum Wage
over one hundred women, men and children packed LA City Hall chambers in support of the brave fasters delivering the “Women’s voice for $15.” Their procession into city hall included an offering of their signature orange shawls to City Council members as a tangible reminder that mothers in Los Angeles are being denied the basic foundation to protect and provide for their children.
