Riverside County employees have been attacked while on the job at the Hospital, clinics, inside the jails and other locations. It should not take multiple group grievances against the County for them to finally value the lives of County frontline workers and correct the chronic security breaches across facilities!
Every day the County drags its feet on putting in place real safety protections is another day that employees run the risk of being violently attacked or being killed. We won’t stand for bargaining proposals that continue to place frontline workers and our clients in imminent danger!
