  1. Can someone direct me to the endorsement results on our website? I was there is was a great experience but couldn’t wait for the results. I met a interested sister and turns out we are both 721 members. She mentioned something that stuck out and deserves some critical thought. Why do we have to vote on the endorsements right after the town halls? Why can we not take all of the information we have learned and think it over, do more deeper research on policy position, and share with fellow members that were not able to attend so that everyone can make an informed decision? This had not crossed my mind up to that moment. I feel that we still have time to get more involved with pressing issues that lack attention by our elected officials and or endorsed candidates. Issues like the lack of PROGRESSIVE TAX POLICIES (not on lower and middle class but on the top 1% and corporations) which was not mentioned by any of the candidates at the town hall this Sat. June 8th will be the deciding factor for these candidates; SEIU has already made our endorsements and still the feeling bubbles up that we haven’t even began to dive into the rooted systemic BUDGET and TAX injustices that have only provided cuts to the public it was established to serve and preserved tax cuts and incentives for corporations and the rich.
