Members of SEIU 721’s Lavender Caucus and Latino Caucus were recognized Dec. 1 for their work in the East Los Angeles community with The Wall Las Memorias Project. Founded in 1993, The Wall Las Memorias Project is dedicated to promoting wellness and preventing illness among Latino populations affected by HIV/AIDS by using the inspiration of the AIDS Monument as a catalyst for social change.
