SEIU 721 Endorses Pat McOsker for Los Angeles City Council

McOsker supports the ideals of SEIU 721 of standing up for quality jobs. As president of his local union, McOsker has supported programs that connect L.A.’s youth to jobs and opportunity. This includes the Fire Department’s Explorer Program at Harbor College, which prepares young men and women toward careers with the LAFD.

“SEIU 721 looks forward to helping elect Pat,” said Bob Schoonover, President of SEIU local 721. “He has been with us through thick and thin, through good times and bad times, and we know that we will always be able to count on him to be a fighter on the City Council for working men and women.”

McOsker has also received powerful labor endorsements from his local United Firefighters of Los Angeles City,  California Professional Firefighters,  AFSCME District Council 36, California Nurses Association (CNA), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Locals 11 and 18, International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Laborers International Union of North America (LiUNA) Local 777, Operating Engineers Local 501, Los Angeles Professional Managers Association, along with the Southern California Pipe Trades District Council #16.
