- 11.25% salary increases over the term of the contract
- Healthcare Contributions:
- No changes in health care contribution for the first year
- 5% increase in year two
- 8% increase in year three
- Market Rate Adjustments that brings all workers to at least $15 per hour
- Bilingual Premium increased to $90 per month
