Our Tentative Agreement (TA) includes:
- 6% retention incentive bonuses
- Title 22 nurse-to-patient ratio task forces
- Guaranteed health and dental coverage
- The removal of all takeaways previously proposed by the County
Your elected bargaining team recommends a YES vote on this TA.

After voting closes, plan on coming out to SEIU 721 Headquarters for the vote count! This will be an exciting event and the culmination of what nurses have been fighting for since bargaining on this contract began in July. There were some who doubted RNs could come together and get it done but you proved them wrong and showed once again that When we fight, we win!
