We won a historic victory by joining SEIU 721 on March 23. We’ve completed our bargaining survey, and now it’s time to build our Bargaining Team!
Selecting a strong Bargaining Team is a vital step in getting what we deserve: a labor agreement with USC that is worthy of the great university we serve and respects the experience, dedication, and pride we bring to our jobs.
The Bargaining Team will be our voice at the table with USC, representing us in negotiations for our first contract.
Because the number of candidates nominated exceeds the number of Bargaining Team member positions, we are holding an election.

Here are the details on how to vote:
YouR BALLOT WILL HAVE 7 BARGAINING TEAM CANDIDATES — YOU will BE ABLE tO VOTE FOR 2.
Voting in person will take place at the USC Parking Center (UPC) on Saturday, April 22 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Online voting will open on Wednesday, April 19 at 9 a.m. and will close on Friday, April 21 at noon. Vote online at this link.
Note: Only SEIU 721 members can vote in the Bargaining Team election. Those voting in person on April 22 can fill out a paper membership card prior to casting a ballot. For those voting online, be sure to create an SEIU 721 website account (you’ll be prompted to create an account at the link above if you have not done so already) – even if you’ve already signed a paper membership card.
