CHAPTER BOARD NOMINATION FORM

Use the form below to nominate yourself or a co-worker to the Chapter Board.

As TCRC employees, this is a great opportunity for union members to have our voices heard. Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other TCRC member. The nominee must be a member in good standing. Submit our Chapter Board nomination form by Friday, April 18, 2025, at 5pm PST.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available Chapter Board seats for that office location.

All Chapter Board positions will be open and they are:

-Chapter Board Chair
-Chapter Board Co-Chair
-Secretary
-Treasurer
-Developmental Disabilities Industry Council Delegates
Two from our Oxnard office
One alternate from our Oxnard office
One alternate from our Simi Valley office
-At-Large Board positions
Three from Oxnard office
Two from Simi Valley office
Two from Santa Barbara office
Two from Santa Maria office
Two from SLO office
Two from Atascadero office
Two from Fillmore office
