Stewards learn how to analyze problems and determine the merit of a grievance. Participants also learn steps and skills involved to properly investigate and resolve a grievance. You must have completed Part 1 in order to participate in this training.
This is an in-person training at the SEIU 721 office in Los Angles at 1545 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017– 5th Floor Training Room.
