Stewards learn how to analyze problems, determine the merit of a grievance, and represent in an investigatory interview. Participants also learn steps and skills involved to properly investigate and resolve a grievance.
This is an in-person training at the SEIU 721 office in Los Angles at 1545 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017.
