We need to fight for a better contract! Because of our advocacy and standing united, furloughs are off the table! However, there has only been 0.25% movement on our COLA.
With healthcare costs and inflation rising, a 0.25% COLA does not address the affordability crisis we are facing in Santa Ana. We must ask Council to say yes to a better contract. In order to ensure a better contract, we must show up in full force at Santa Ana’s City Council meeting TUESDAY @ 5:00PM.
