After 17 months of negotiations, half a dozen Unity Breaks, and a wildly successful storm of a Board of Supervisors meeting, there is finally a Tentative Agreement.
Our Bargaining Team recommends a “Yes” vote.
TENTATIVE AGREEMENT HIGHLIGHTS
- 6% raise with retro pay
- Employer Increase to Healthcare Spending
- Stronger Worker Protection Language
- Increased Out-of-Class Pay and Protections.
