Community Event

Do you think working people deserve fair and equal pay? Benefits? Livable wages?
Are you thinking of running for office or getting more involved?
Do you wonder what you can do to fight for our community’s working families?
Do you support unionization but have wondered what we do, who we represent or
how collecting bargaining and contract negotiations work?

FOR CANDIDATES & ACTIVISTS
By working together we can build a stronger middle class, create and protect good local jobs
and work towards fair labor, housing and healthcare policies that allow the working people of
Ventura County to live, work and educate their children here.

Join us and learn why unions are the only way to grow the middle class, level the playing field
in our economy and provide economic security to working Americans.

On February 7 you’ll have the opportunity to speak with local labor leaders to learn both the
importance of unions for everyone in addition to what we do right here in Ventura County to
fight for workers and their families.
