Provides members with an understanding of their basic rights in the workplace. Basic knowledge of MMBA, NLRA and the Weingarten Rules. Covers Just Cause discipline and a basic understanding of the grievance process. Trainings held 1st Tuesday of each month.
Due to Public Health social distancing orders, this training will not be in person but held virtually. RSVP required to receive the training log-in information.
