A year ago, we negotiated and ratified a contract that eliminated the worst of furloughs and layoffs for the remaining of the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year.

We voted overwhelmingly to extend our MOU until December 31, 2022 — but we also obtained a contract economic reopener.

At this meeting, we’ll update you on the significant progress we’ve made through the economic reopener process.
