This training is geared towards Union Stewards who want training or refresher on:
1. Representing employees for investigatory interviews.
2. Assisting union members in setting up an informal meeting to resolve a potential grievance at the lowest level, having the informal meeting, and drafting the grievance initiation.

You may need to request time off from work to attend the training.
