We did it! Our SEIU 721 bargaining team reached a strong Tentative Agreement that will uplift members, their families and our communities.
Your bargaining team unanimously recommends a YES vote on this tentative agreement.
The agreement includes a 12% salary increase over the 4 year agreement, frontloaded with a 4% increase July 1, 2023
We also won an increase in tuition reimbursement and safety shoes/boots allowance!
