2024 County of Santa Barbara Contract Ratification

We did it! Our SEIU 721 County of Santa Barbara bargaining team was able to deliver on a tentative agreement that uplifts our members and our county!

The bargaining team highly recommends a YES vote.

The agreement includes a 10% salary increase over the 3-year agreement, frontloaded with a 4% increase August 2024 and additional salary adjustments.

Voting will take place online and on-site. Online voting starts Tuesday, July 23 at 9am and ends Thursday, July 25 at 2pm.
