2025 City of Inglewood Contract Ratification Vote

Our Local Union Leadership has reached a timely tentative agreement with the City of Inglewood providing strong COLAs compounding to 30.8% over a four-year agreement, and several other economic and non-economic wins.

Our bargaining team is unanimous and strongly recommending a ‘YES’ vote!

Online voting will be available on Thursday, July 24, 2025 between 10am and 2pm.

LBFO Highlights

Our bargaining team has again worked hard and secured the largest ever COLA in the history of our MOUs.
•    13% increase year one (effective thirty days after the second reading of the Salary Ordinance)
•    5% increase year two (effective October 1, 2026)
•    5% increase year three (effective October 1, 2027)
•    5% increase year four (effective October 1, 2028)
