We did it! Our SEIU 721 City of El Monte General Mid-Management Unit bargaining team was able to deliver on a tentative agreement that uplifts our members and our city!

The bargaining team highly recommends a YES vote.


Tentative Agreement Highlights

  • Term: July 01, 2024 – June 30, 2027
  • Salary Adjustments
    •    Effective July 1, 2024 – A 5% salary adjustment above the employee’s current assigned salary range.
    •    Effective July 1, 2025 – An additional 3% salary adjustment based on the new salary.
    •    Effective July 1, 2026 – An additional 3% salary adjustment based on the new salary.
