Our City of Oxnard union contract expires June 30, 2025. It’s time for the first step in our bargaining campaign process – nominating our bargaining team.

Use the form below to nominate yourself or a co-worker to the bargaining team.

As city employees, this is a great opportunity for union members to have your voices heard. Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other City of Oxnard member. The nominee must be a member in good standing. Submit our bargaining team nomination form by ~~Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 7pm~~ PST Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 7pm PST.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.
