Workers at Clinicas del Camino Real are forming our union with SEIU Local 721 to improve conditions for employees and patients!

Recently, Clinicas laid off an entire call center in Camarillo and replaced 25 workers with a call center in Mexico. We need the power to stand up to unilateral changes like this.

As the providers of essential care to families across Southern California, Clinicas workers deserve better pay, working conditions and benefits.

By forming our union with SEIU Local 721, we will have a powerful voice to advocate for ourselves and for the communities we serve. As frontline workers, we understand better than anyone the real needs of Clinicas employees and our patients.
