All Membership Applications are reviewed by SEIU Local 721. SEIU Local 721 reserves the right to refuse membership for any reason.

No Refund Policy

Associate Membership dues are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or refunds unless there was an error in your billing. If you believe there was been a billing error, please contact us at membership@seiu721.org with details of the billing error. Upon receipt of your information, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund as a result of the error. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy and Procedure.

You can cancel your membership online by clicking on the Cancel Membership link in the Member dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your screen and then following the onscreen instructions. Please be advised to cancel 3 days before the next payment is due to avoid being charged for an additional month. All recurring payments are charged on the first of the month. No refunds.
