Our City of Port Hueneme Contract expires on June 30, 2026 so it’s time to start up our bargaining campaign!
If we want to win a strong contract, we’re going to need your participation. Here are three ways how you can help kick off our campaign.

Join the Contract Action Team (CAT).
The Contract Action Team is a network of SEIU Local 721 member leaders who are the lifeblood and backbone of our bargaining campaign. Strong contracts are won in the field!
Nominate Our Bargaining Team.
One of the most important parts of our bargaining campaign will be the formation of our bargaining team. Bargaining Team members thoroughly review our contract, listen to priorities from our bargaining survey then create and submit proposals to management. Nominate yourself or a coworker to our team. Submit our bargaining team nomination form by Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 5pm.
