County of Ventura Market Equity Adjustment Proposals – 2025

As our newly elected bargaining team gets ready to start creating our initial proposals, we encourage members to present Market Equity Adjustment (MEA) proposals. The aim of these proposals would be to advocate for higher compensation for your job classification.

We had a Contract Action Team (CAT) meeting where we reviewed MEAs proposals. You can find a copy of the Power Point presentation here, as a PDF file. This presentation gives you an example of the types of statistics you’d want to find to back up your case.

To submit a proposal, gather your inequity information and when you’re ready to submit your proposal, use the form below. The form allows you to upload documents to support your MEA case.

Submit your MEA proposal by Friday, August 1, 2025 at 5pm.
