Union Station Homeless Services is the lead homeless services organization for SPA 3 / The San Gabriel Valley. Because of the pivotal role we play in facing one of the defining issues of our time, we feel it is imperative that we establish a better way to engage with management regarding our wages (i.e., COLAs), benefits and working conditions. Therefore, we, the Union Station Homeless Services, workers are exercising our right to organize, and forming our union with SEIU Local 721. We will also be joining frontline workers at Step Up, LAHSA, and LA County to bring the power of one of the country’s largest unions to our industry.
