Olive View Supervising Staff Nurses – Schedule Change Vote

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is planning to implement a schedule change. In the proposed change schedules will change from (3) 12 hour shifts to (5) 8 hours shifts, effective January 2025.

We are utilizing our voting rights outlined in the 312 MOU, Article 45:Section 6, to remain on the (3) 12 hour shift to effectively run the units and preserve the continuity of care for the patients and the staff morale.
