Our Ventura Superior Court union contract expires September 30, 2025.

Use the form below to nominate yourself or a co-worker to the bargaining team.

As Court employees, this is a great opportunity for union members to have our voices heard. Members in good standing may nominate themselves or any other Ventura Superior Court member. The nominee must be a member in good standing. Submit our bargaining team nomination form by Friday, March 7, 2025, 7pm PST.

An election will be conducted if the number of candidates exceeds the number of available seats on the Bargaining Team.
