Governor’s Budget Proposal Needs Improvements

Gov. Jerry Brown released his proposal for the 2011-12 California budget earlier today. As in years past, the state continues to have a huge financial deficit, putting critical services at risk. 
Researchers in Sacramento are currently poring over the budget proposal. In the meantime, read the documents here.
