Celebrate Black History Month with the SEIU 721 African American Caucus

carterwoodson150.jpgIn February, 1926 historian Carter Woodson, known as the “Father of Black History,” helped create “Negro History Week,” a time for all Americans to honor the achievements of African Americans going back to the founding of this nation.
Today, Woodson’s week has become a full month, and the SEIU 721 African American Caucus is proud to honor both his vision and African American history with two exciting events.
