Members Reach Across the County for Thanksgiving Food Drive

A-A-Food-Drive-Sign.jpgSEIU Local 721 Tri-Counties African-American Caucus is committed to enhancing opportunities for SEIU members of African descent, as well as for the entire community. This year, the Caucus is collecting non-perishable food items at various worksites in Ventura County.
They are asking all County SEIU Local 721 members to bring food items between Oct. 16 and Nov. 15 to the food bins listed below.
The African-American Caucus members will be creating and distributing baskets for the Thanksgiving holiday to the recently displaced United Farm Worker members that have been affected by a major layoff at the Ventura Mushroom farm. Please help provide a holiday meal.
