The agreement includes:
- Term: December 23, 2013 to July 3, 2016
- 2% increase in salary as of Dec. 23, 2013
- Restoration of Merit Increases
- 1% additional increase, effective July 6, 2015
- Improvements in vacation, sick leave and tuition reimbursement.
