The date for our reconvening with DHS Chief Dr. Mitch Katz has been set! On Wednesday, April 27th at 5PM at SEIU Local 721 we will once again meet with Dr. Mitch Katz to get an update on his investigation into the bullying situation at DHS and the corrective actions he’s taken so far, along with the long-term solutions to end the issue once and for all.
The time is now to stay united and support each other in breaking the silence by participating in the unity breaks happening in your worksite to continue building our momentum!
Just last week, members at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center joined in on the unity breaks that have been scheduled throughout the County. To date, unity breaks have been held in High Desert, South Valley, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center members are also saying Not One More!
Martin Luther King Jr. Outpatient Center, Mid Valley Comprehensive Health Center, and Roybal Comprehensive Health Center are all having unity breaks this week. Here is the programmed schedule:
Mid Valley: Wednesday, April 6th @ 11:30AM to 1:30PM
Martin Luther King Jr. Outpatient Center: Wednesday, April 6th @ 11:30AM to 1:30PM (2nd Floor Employee Entrance)
Roybal CHC: Thursday, April 7th @ 11:45AM to 1:30PM (Employee Lounge)
San Fernando Health Center: Thursday, April 7th @ 12PM to 12:30PM
