The department of public health management team was laughing at their nurses on 9/38 & 10/5. They failed to deliver the key proposals needed to protect patient care, balue nurses and stem the loss of deicated and experience RN to the private sector.

Susan A

I heard that from a few sources. Disappointing to have those leaders.

Rieko

How can we vote without knowing what was proposed and what was rejected?

Michelle Crutchfield

What was the “last best and final”

We as Florida nurses are in a ” Right to work” state. It’ s disgraceful how pathetic and weak our union is.
Administrators would rather hire highly paid Engineers and too many VPs and Assistant VPs, instead of staffing RNs and nursing assistants for a safe ratio. We are spread thin and expections of quality care by administration is constantly voiced.
When will health care providers( RNs and CNAs) get some respect and guaranteed breaks as well?
We can’t strike. It’s a lousy cluster of problems.

Valerie Dentler

Also, The MANDATED FLU VACCINE is a disgrace to our constitutional rights!!!
The hospital policy holds our jobs over our heads, with NO CHOICE TO REFUSE IT!
I never took it for 30 yrs, but am forced, or I’ll loose my job. This is not the American way.
It’s all about reimbursement. The almighty dollar!
Can soneone help get our freedom back if we don’t want crap injected into our bodies. Where are our rights????

mia dandu

we need national nurses union!!!toghter to fight for our rights

Antony Wacera

I am so disgusted by this. I also don’t want the flu shot and I feel cornered, disrespected, disvalued and voiceless. Other people’s rights should not mean taking other people’s rights away. We are all human beings with equal rights!

Daniel

What was the offer being rejected? Members need to know what was rejected before they vote on a strike.

Josie Mattson

What are the exact issues we are dealing with here? Where can I see a list of demands? Thank you.

nicole amado

Jacqueline Crain

Melanie Barr
