RN Tentative Agreement Voting Schedule

The vote to approve our hard-won Tentative Agreement begins Monday Dec. 3, 2018

Our LA County RN Bargaining Team put in around-the-clock hours over the holiday weekend to push for a deal we can be proud of – and we got it! Because you showed your strength through actions and a 98% ULP strike vote, we were able to secure a tentative agreement that protects patients, raises wages and overall values nurses and the work we do. When we fight, we win!

Your bargaining team unanimously voted for this TA and recommends a YES vote from membership. It’s time to lock in our wins!

Contract ratification voting begins on Monday, Dec. 3 and ends on Sunday, Dec. 9. Voting will only be happening at worksites. Consult the schedules below to see when voting will be happening at your worksite. Registered Nurses at DPH, DMH & Ambulatory Care sites who wish to vote should call Patricia Castillo ASAP at 626-318-5925 to schedule.

GREAT JOB!
Can the union please tell the members the specifics of our agreement please!!
Did we lose continuing education, healthcare coverage, etc.,

Paul

I don’t know who and why vote yes for that, we got even worse deal than it was originally offered, we have been few hours away from real winning and everything was canceled, shame on those representatives who destroyed our victory, after the strike we would get 10,75 plus 12% over 3 years and now we just got 10,75 plus one bonus and even that not for everyone…if people able to think and analyze please vote NO th this awful deal and we have to change our representatives, that not on our side, most of them NP and they don’t… Read more »

Agreed! This is not a win and I don’t know why our union is not representing us accordingly. I’m definitely voting no and Maybe we can get some better union leadership.
