The ballots have been counted and the results are in for our San Bernardino Professional Unit Bargaining Committee. It was wonderful to see so much excitement from our candidates and members are we prepare to go into bargaining. While our bargaining team will be our voice at the table, it’s up to all of us to stand union strong as we go into negotiations for our next contract.

As we always say, the bargaining committee is as strong as the members behind them. We’re currently recruiting members for our CAT (Contract Action Team) to work side by side with the bargaining committee in order to move bargaining surveys, inform members about the progress of negotiations and mobilize members as necessary until we win fair contract for all members in San Bernardino County.
