Our solidarity delivered a robust contract that we can all be proud of, and puts the TCRC back on track to ensure quality services for our communities, and the residents we serve. This package guarantees 8% raises over the term of the contract, as well as significant improvements in bilingual pay, life insurance and much more. Next steps: the Board will review the agreement on Feb. 8th.
