The Bargaining Team had its third meeting with County negotiators on Monday, October 7th.

We provided updates on our proposals and stood strong on our key priorities – negotiating stronger wages, increasing the flex credit contribution, improving contract language and protecting good jobs.

The County knows that we’ve all been turning up the heat in the field and we’re not done fighting for our families and our communities!

We go back to the bargaining table on Wednesday, October 16. We expect management to return with counter proposals. Make sure to Purple Up to show we are Union Strong.

For questions, contact a bargaining team member, your worksite organizer or Tri-Counties Coordinator Akemy Bon-Flores at akemy.bon-flores@seiu721.org, (213) 446-4851.
