USD History in the Making: Vote to Ratify Our First Contract!

The moment we’ve all been waiting for is here! After more than a year of negotiations — including a two-day Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike — your elected Bargaining Action Team (BAT) has reached a landmark Tentative Agreement (TA) on our first-ever University of San Diego Non-Tenure Track (NTT) faculty union contract.

WHAT WE WON TOGETHER

Our TA sets new benchmarks for NTT faculty at USD — and across Southern California. It includes:

• Wage increases and a new wage scale (see below)
• Retroactive pay increase for the ‘24-’25 academic year
• Payment for cancelled classes
• Professional development funding

This historic TA is the result of nearly three years of organizing, tireless advocacy, and powerful NTT faculty solidarity. When the going got tough, we stood union strong and never backed down. Together, we made history — and now it’s time to cast your vote.
