LACERA – We’ve reached a strong Tentative Agreement on our contract

After hard-fought negotiations, we are proud to announce a strong tentative agreement with LACERA management.

We secured key victories on our top priorities:

Significant, Guaranteed Raises:
4.5% Raise, retroactive to January 1 of this year.
4.0% Raise effective January 1, 2027.
4.0% Raise effective January 1, 2028.

Enhanced Protections on Out-of-Class Work:
We have tightened the contract language, adding clear restrictions and guardrails. This gives us stronger tools to prevent abuse and ensure proper compensation for higher-level duties.
