SEIU Puerto Rico Solidarity Die In
Members of several Southern California SEIU locals came together on 10/04 in solidarity with the people of Puerto Rico. We held a 14 minute funeral procession and die in to call attention to the fact that millions of Puerto Rican people have endured 14 days without basic necessities in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
While Puerto Rico suffers, our elected officials choose to focus on the debt the island owes to big banks. We reject this greed and demand that the people of Puerto Rico receive the help they need!
