It’s Official: We Ratified Our First University of San Diego Union Contract!

We did it! After over a year of negotiations and a powerful two-day Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike, we have officially ratified our first-ever union contract at the University of San Diego with a 99% YES vote.

This victory is the direct result of our solidarity, persistence, and courage. We stood together through the ups and downs of bargaining, and we never wavered in demanding the respect and dignity we deserve as NTT faculty.

Our new contract delivers real, concrete gains — from wage increases and retro pay to professional development funding, and more. It also raises standards for NTT faculty across Southern California. See Full TA Summary.
